What is the difference between the IN6 and the IN6C?

The IN6 and IN6C reflow ovens share the same heating system: six heating zones (three upper, three lower) plus a cooling zone, the same programming and operation functionalities, and the same workspace requirements. The main difference is the conveyor type.

The IN6 has a fixed wire mesh conveyor. Boards sit on top of the conveyor and travel across the full width of the mesh belt.

The IN6C has an adjustable track conveyor, with double-sided board reflow ability. Boards travel on rails that you set to the board's width, which supports boards by the edges, allowing for top and bottom reflow. The IN6C enables allows increased operation flexibility for double-sided assemblies, with 28 mm of clearance above the board and 14 mm below.

Both the IN6 and IN6C provide easy line integration, as boards travel smoothly through upstream and downstream equipment. These ovens work as tabletop units or on the optional pedestal stand.
